RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong typing skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Access and ADVANCED EXCEL skills
Date Entry skills
Receive incoming calls and forward or screen appropriately in a professional manner
Receive visitors in professional manner
Sort and distribute incoming mail, open general company addressed mail
Responsible for all outgoing mail
Schedule courier pick-ups -- by phone and on-line
Orders Office Supplies
Assist other departments with clerical work periodically
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College or University diploma or its equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
• 2-4 years of corporate data entry / accounting experience
• High degree of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• The qualified candidate would regularly use IF formulas and V-Lookups so have to be advanced in those areas
• Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
Location: Concord ( Hwy7 & Keele)
Compensation: $20-$22/hr
Shift: Day shift
