for the one who is out of Canada, how to secure a job in Canada?

I think only odd jobs are available for new immigrants. It needs much more hard work to survive in Canada. It is not easy destination. People who are Phd, Mbbs doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, IT professionals from their home country and the people who have degrees from Canada are doing odd job like security guards and taxi drivers. A person who is making good money at his home country should never come to Canada.

Its Bitter Truth :( :(.

But it is all about plan & Luck to get success in canada.

If only odd jobs are available then why pepole leave their Home country and cometo Canada. Then why Canadian Govt advertised that IELTS reqd, qualifications reqd, job experience letter----If I have to do odd job then why the above mentioned docs are reqd. Why Canadian Govt not openly announces that I require people for odd jobs .I hope they will not get a single application from Third world country. What is the use of goingto Canada if for the rest of life we have to do odd jobs.I am basically examing claims and has wellto do position in my company ,then why I shouldleave all these to go to Canada for doing odd jobs where life is uncertain.I hope most of the immigrants after staying 5-6 months come back to their old home town ,spending lot of dollars and doing some so called odd jobs .This Canadian are really cheaters.

not only canada... all developed country playing the same tricks. a vast amount of well estrablished people are going to do odd jobs.
a lots of people wont believe that and will easily get angry to me but the real fact is a real fact... u gotta do ODD job lke taxi driving , working in kitchen, washing dishes etc... so i dont know if u like it or not... if u happy doing these u r welcome otherwise.... if u r welstablished in ur home land than just come here for honeymoon or in vacasion/holiday and enjoy for few days. thats it. Good Luck.
