Last week received an update (1st in 14 month) in my CIC to redo medicals. It was weird as me and my wife took the test 2 years ago together and hers was renewed twice but they decided not to renew mine this time.
Anyway did all the tests in one day and send it back to them.
Yesterday I called IRCC. For the first time in the last 2 years, the agent told me that with the medicals updated, my application is only waiting for a final review by an officer and everything looks good and positive as I have passed everything. There is nothing pending.
Hopefully I'll get it before Christmas

(From the time I told CIC(Aug.17)I have passed security in Oct.2016 by raising a case to CSIS, things started to move a bit in my case, you may also want to do the same, after all, there is no harm in doing that)

Agreed. IRCC does not communicate with me either. It has been 550 days(18months) for me.
I also am a CEC inland applicant who is stuck in the process. (CSIS - SS done / CBSA - has no info of me)

I raised CSE with CSIS letter confirming that my SS is done in DEC 2016(10 months ago), but they replied me that they would forward it to the responsible office for their consideration. Then no response yet.

I do not know what to do. Waiting without doing anything drives me crazy.
What else can I do?
Look for a lawyer !!!! If you ate inland just don t stay waiting

Hi guys,

Here's my timeline:

FSW-Outland
AOR: 7th April, 2017
Medicals done: 24th June, 2017

I'm not sure about when IP1 and IP2 started for me, but since 6 months got over on 7th October, I wrote to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca asking them about the application status. And i got an e-mail saying PPR had already been sent on 18th July. I'm 100% sure it had gone into Spam and i had no idea, plus there was absolutely no update on the MyCIC website. So, they sent me the PPR again on the 11th when i told them about it.

PPR: 11th October, 2017

So, the PPR emails are sure to go into Spam. Guys, please keep checking your e-mail spam folder everyday from day one after AOR itself. And those who have crossed six months, write to CPC-CTD immediately.

Good Luck to everyone who's waiting!
