Being in this forum for 3 years, all I can say is that these processes are case sensitive. There is no wrong or right . In my case, Its not at CBSA hands anymore. Its pending for a lazy officer's final review at IRCC according to my notes.
''it not at CBBSA hands anymore'''. now, how do you know that. your statement suggests that even cbsa has completed its screening as well.

you are the only one in this forum who knows for sure that his cbsa is completed too. i will give you full marks for your investigative skills. i am not interrogating you.
Just want to know how come you have all this info. your answer will help me and perhaps others in knowing at what stage we are in terms of our own security screening. SO, can you guide me how can i know that cbsa has completed my ss.

Yes I am the only one and I guess there is nothing wrong with being the only one :)) I appreciate it.
CBSA wont give you anything valuable (the gave me a 550 page pdf file).
I have been in contact with a lawyer too as I said in my previous posts . Also I am reading a lot of federal court cases against IRCC regarding the processing time, CBSA and CSIS. So yes, I have some valuable knowledge: here is the link ---------- http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/fc-cf/en/nav.do

But it was Our local MP who was able to verify that SS is finished (he called/inquired 3 times). The last time that the MP called IRCC, they put these notes(which are the latest ones) on my application:

When CSIS completed your SS?? I have the CSIS letter in my hand that they completed my SS in July 2017, do you recommend to send it to IRCC?

Oct 2016, of course , in my case , IRCC was completely unaware of the fact that I passed CSIS SS a year ago. Anyway, there is no harm in doing that.

Hey Miles, how many 'Security Screening' entries you have on this last GCMS where you can see these notes? Thanks

Early september I received similar answer 5 days after raising an CSE:
"Dear applicant,
This refers to your enquiry regarding the status of your application for permanent residence.
Your file is currently in queue for officer review. We do not require any documents from you at this time. We will contact you if further information is needed."

Hey andremarques,
On the activity section, there are 10 entries.
On the SS section (under admissibility), there are only 2.
On the note section(at the very end of the GCMS) there is no SS besides the MP correspondence with IRCC
