Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
I am pleased to inform you that I received the PPR last Tuesday. My total wait period (AOR to PPR) is 19 months and 10 days!
I can't believe it till now. I thought I will just never receive the PPR, but it happened.
I wish everyone here a good luck.

Congratulations, Mohammed! :)

Finally, you have your good news!

Dear all,
I would like to know how to raise a case to CSIS as Miles Away did.
I been waiting for more than 11 months and I called CIC many times and confirmed my papers ready and waiting for CSIS.

In February, as CIC agent told me they asked CSIS about the status because my medical test expired and they replied no need to extend the medical test in this point and look like good point as agent told me.

Any Help will be appreciated.

Regards

Hey, just wanna share a few things with you:
Inland FSW applicant:
AOR Jan 2016
Medicals passed March 2016
Eligibility Passed April 2016
Criminality passed Aug 2016
Pending for security screening.........
I raised a case to CSIS on March 2017: "you're passed, contact CIC for more info"
I called CIC today; a nice lady told me "everything is OK and we are waiting for screening results. there are agencies other than CSIS involved". she didn't mention the names though.
on CIC my account, background check is still in progress but I got confirmation that its been passed, as it also shows on GCMS notes.
I raised a case to CBSA just today as another institution involved in security screening.
Probably will wait until I hear back from CBSA and then will talk to an MP and see if he/she can help me.
16 month is a long time. I have renewed my visa 3 times and bridged my work permit 2 times [/b][/b][/b]

We are exchanging info about this group there, have a great holiday everyone!

Received my GCMS notes today, same like Adil, it states that application is approved and please send PPT. It was dated 25th oct. But i never heard from my visa office. Infact UCI number is also mentioned and under documents issued, its weitten COPR in queue and valid until 20th feb 2017, exactly the date i did my medicals last year. Don't know whom to approach to wake them up as its been 6 months since my file is approved.

Sorry guys for this off-topic question:

Here is my situation:

1. 30 Mar 2017: Child born. I immediately informed CIC. Before baby birth, on 1st Mar, I also notified CIC in advance that I was expecting a child.

2. 04 Apr 2017: Received request letter through MyCIC account to upload baby documents. Dead line 04 May 2017.

4. 10 Apr 2017: Received PPR. Dead line 10 May 2017.

As of writing (15 Apr), I am still obtaining required documents for baby. Haven't submit anything to Singapore visa office yet.

I plan:
- Upload all requested documents online when I obtains them - around 18 Apr.
- Next day, I will submit all passports (including newborn). I will attach a letter of explanation saying that I already upload all documents for baby.

Does my plan sound reasonable?

Thank you!

send an email to your visa office and attach the page from your GCMS note which states your application has been approved.they must send you the new PPR letter and they will extend your visa expire date.
by the way, congrats for your PPR and very sorry to hear this delay from CIC
