As far as I know... it should be informed to cic as soon as the baby is born.

Thanks shana_kabir. Does that mean I'm not required to report UNTIL baby's birth. But I have to inform ASAP right after baby is born?

congratulations on the pregnancy. My wife is pregnant, with due date in mid-april as well :)

What I did, is I emailed IRCC and informed them of the pregnancy and due date. I asked them not to issue PPR until the baby is born and we add him to the application.

They responded a few weeks later with the list of documents required, and gave me a deadline to end of may to provide everything required for the new baby.

Good luck!

Any day could be your lucky day...keep the fingers crossed!!

I am in the same boat guys. We were asked to undergo medicals second time which we completed on 9th Feb. Waiting for PPR now

After completing 9 months waiting. My medical status changed from "Passed" to "Not need at this time"
What is this mean ?

Thanks.yes the wait is tremendously long. They requested on 18th Feb, 17.look at my signature below.

Hi, Did you hear anything after Medical redo? what about your RPRF ? paid already?
I was also asked to re-do medicals , still in review on CIC. I hope it will take another 2/3 days to change to Pass.

Congratulations :) but does this mean you have to redo your medical exam? correct me if i'm wrong but is the medical exam only valid for one year and it has to be valid when you land in Canada?

Hello Friends,

I got my Paspport Request today, Mar 2nd 2017. I'll submit my passport to the visa office tmrw (New Delhi).

Does anyone know how long does it take for them to stamp the visa and return the passport to me?

Best of luck to everyone who's waiting. I think everything has its own time.
