I was requested to 're do medical along with my spouse and background check is now in progress and medical result is passed.keeping our fingers crossed...enough of waiting is done..13month is running!
 
That means this is the last stage,they didnt request you.when did they request for your dependents?i am in land and my bg check is in progress since june 30,never went to nn-ip.your wait time is so long,Any way good luck bro

Thanks.yes the wait is tremendously long. They requested on 18th Feb, 17.look at my signature below.
 
Hi Nick , will you please let me know what exactly you have requested (in your inquiry mail to CIC)
As i have the similar case like you (SINP)

below is my timeline


1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 15, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 25, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on December 5, 2016.
4.Medical results have been received. (already send Passport Photocopy to Delhi immigration as per the request and fees has been paid also)

please someone comment if you are aware about this situation - good luck to all

I am yet to see a lebanese person who has been processed in under 6 months! Even on trackers/sheets. It's honestly so depressing.

I am a Jan 2017 applicant, sorry you all are still waiting, and wish you a speedy PPR.
 
How many CEC Inlands having same issue? or this is only me so lucky :(

Me too on da same boat. Got medical redo req as well as bg in progress on 5 th january. Med done on 17 th jan and passed on 20 th jan. No news till now. 13 months waiting and wondering how long to wait. :-[ :-[

You are very close to PPR so at any time you will get,medical redo is for you or only for your dependents.I was requested to redo for my dependents,they have done and submitted and passed already,i heard redo medical is to finalized the application.
Good luck,your long waiting will be over very soon

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

Again, checked the update on 3rd Feb 2017, status has not changed, it's same as mentioned above. Please let me know why CIC is taking so much of time in processing PNP application (Express Entry)? 6th month started !!

Please can anyone let me know when can I expect "Final Decision" and "PPR".

Just logged into my account, and saw that "A background check is needed = In Progress". I don't know when it changed. It was "Not needed at this time" for a long time. I didn't see any ghost email. I guess it changed somewhere this month.

Hope it's a good signal.
