Those who Waiting EXPRESS ENTRY in Six Months and not finalized!!!!

I had e-mailed the VO and havent got any response. my local VO is Pretoria as i was staying in Johannesburg for 3 yrs. now i am back to India. But in Oct , Pretoria office had sent document requesto to me in mycic account. hence i am assuming my local VO is still Pretoria. do u think i shud e-mail NDVO and ask them if my file was transferred?

I guessed that is your primary office.but if you didn't get response from them then your file is being transferred to NDVO so follow up to your application status with local VO.

I have received my AOR on Feb 24, 2016. I am completing 10 months in 10 days. This is through Express entry. My husband had moved to Hong Kong on Feb 27th, 2016 on a workpermit and on Sep 2016 they had asked for a PCC from HongKong. It was sent by the HongKong police on Oct 7th, 2016. I sent the tracking number to NDVO. On November 1st week i came to know that they came for employee verification to my company HR and they refused to verify as its against company policy. However i have given Form 16 and other things that prove that i work there. Post that there is no response. For the past 10 months i have been living away from husband and kid. It is excruciating. Please advise what i can do about it to get their attention.

1)I have raised CSE
2) Have emailed
3)Raised 4 GCMS (No use)

I also had to submit my non accompanying husband's pcc from Liberia and Ivory Coast as he was there on UN mission. I've submitted the documents in July! I did mention about his travels (work related and personal) in Schedule A.

It has been a long wait .Hope all of us get the coveted golden email soon

I have crossed 12 months (AOR 12th December) - no updates from NDVO - Medical turned back to Not Need at This Time from Passed.

No replies from NDVO and Ottawa says your file is in progress, will update you if anything needed from my end.

Don't know what to do.

Visa Office is NDVO but I sent emails/raise CSE to Ottawa as well (also sent to NDVO, however, no reply from them).

While Ottawa says that file is in progress and we will update you if anything required.
