I am happy to report that I also received PPR today. Below is my information:

AOR: Jan 20 2016
Primary Visa Office: Singapore
2nd Medical Request: Nov 7
BCIP: Nov 11
2nd Medical Passed: Nov 15
PPR: Dec 6

I was almost going mad with the waiting. Relieved that for now it seems to be over.

A question however. I noticed that in in myCIC, there are now 2 open slots under "Documents submitted by client" apparently asking me to upload a new digital photo file and a passport file by Jan 5th (see image below). Should I just ignore these? (and just submit the hard copy of photos and original passport to the visa centre?)

Thanks and I hope everyone in this thread will get PPR asap.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! The long wait is over for you.
Did you apply alone or with family? Just asking because we're currently in 7 months waiting time now and I'm afraid that we have to redo our medical if our PPR won't come sooner and we are 4 in the family. If we have to redo our medical, that would mean another 800+ sgd again :(

Wonderful, Congratulations!

If you're not a visa exempt national you've to submit your original passport with photos and a print of PPR email to your local visa office.

Thank you creation7. Yes, I'm glad that the wait for PPR is over. Just submitted my passport and photos this morning and hope to get it back before Christmas or sooner.
I am single, so I applied alone. I hope you'll get PPR soon, so that you don't have to repeat the medical examinations. But honestly, if they end up asking you to redo medical, you'll just have to do it. I mean it sucks having to part with the extra $800 just because of their inefficiency, but this is life. But I hope you'll get it soon. All my best wishes...

Guys and gals,

Just want to ask for your advice. Would that be considered as a good sign by receiving medical recheck after 12 months since AOR. Per my knowledge, there's a few got this request and within 1 month since completion, they received PPR.

Thanks

@Que Em

Hi,

Did you send your inquiry to CBSA? I sent them an email but seems like I should apply for a note under ATIP, right?

cheers

I've already lost faith on SGVO's efficiency and professionalism. I guess the email that they sent 6 weeks back was mere an eyewash from their end. I don't know what's holding back my application and raising a CSE would result in the same generic reply that they all the backlog applicants. This whole process has become tiresomely frustrating for me :-X >:(

Hello,

I contacted them but I was referred back to the IRCC. However, I didn't submit any request under ATIP.

Same feelings here.Still hoping they will keep their promise.

I guess the PPRs are coming like CEC, then FSW and next is (hopefully) PNP...

Hang in there folks, it's going to end well. :)
