I am sorry about the very long wait. I am aware how awful it feels to "wait" for an indefinite period of time. If I may ask, what do you think is delaying your application processing?

1) It might depend on the number of countries you or your family member have been to/"certain" countries you may have been to/number of PCCs submitted.
2) If you or a family member had prior government/military experience.

The above factors might play a role in the processing time of your application.

I am a single applicant and I have never been in any military nor governmental ... I am 27 now going on 28 soon, 26 when i applied, and spent first 21 years in my home country and the rest working and living in another, only visited my home country every 5-6 months and a third country for a single night and day .. i only had to submit 2 pcc's .... i have never been into a police station let alone a court lol ... the delay is outrageous and the worst part of it all is that it destroyed my views and hopes of moving to a country that is supposedly unbiased and follows respectful logical/rational processes ... now even if I get PPR i no longer feel the excitement which I felt at first ... getting OINP turned out to be nothing more than extra air in a balloon that has bursted now ... I already tasted the unfair bureaucracy of Canada and I am extremely disappointed... I even regret investing so much time and effort into the process...in a few months I will be giving up on it most likely.

why is everybody complaining here? LOL
take your application in your own hands and do something about it instead of ranting about it..

FYI, although I am only a few months AOR, and my app is assigned to SGVO, I gathered everyone i knew who is assigned to SGVO and we sent an email to them, raised CSE and sent feedback using the IRCC Webform telling them that if they dont do something about it, we will gather and file a writ of mandamus.

the result: they replied promising 4-6weeks processing.. and so far a number of people who have been waiting are now PPR or asked to re-do their medicals..

so DO something.. DONT rant.. just DO!

Usually I do not wish anything bad for people but you are extremely rude and disrespectful, perhaps you should have a taste of what we are going through where no matter what you do and say you are totally ignored or faced with standard answers that lack transparency ... let us see what you will do when you are waiting for a year or more and your file is simply in a limbo.

Relax man! I see that you have got OINP nomination in under 4 months. I had to wait for the very same OINP nomination for almost a year (348 days to be precise). I'm a single applicant. One degree. One job Single NOC). Never ever left my country. Yet, it took 17 days shy of a year to get nominated. What's worse? There are still some November 2015 applicants waiting for nomination.

I know how hard it is to wait but beating yourself up or continuously feeling bad about it won't help. Relax. Order GCMS notes. I sincerely hope you get your PPR very soon!

So if all of us who crossed a year are being just forgotten why dont we do something and organise a group claim or something?

It seems to be unrelated to visa office when you have been that delayed into the process... all of them are acting like we do not exist.

I haven't crossed 1 year, but I am working on filing a petition for those waiting more than six months!

Congratulations Ajanoni,all smiles for u...
