Guys I need some information....I've traveled out of my home country thrice after AOR but haven't notified CIC. Will that be a problem? Should I inform them about the departure and arrival dates along with the names of the countries visited? If yes, then how should I inform them?

After AOR, there's absolutely no need. Don't worry about it bro.

Thank you so much for everybody's help.

Congratulations! :)

Que, any update on your security background check.

Nothing. As per CSIS letter, my security check was 'concluded' in March this year. However, local visa office says background checks are still in progress (as per their response to CSE).

My medicals expired in October and I haven't received any request for new ones, yet. Neither did they extend the validity on their own.

I guess, I will have to keep waiting...

Hi Guys,

Today marks the anniversary of my PR application :(

And I received my 3rd set of GCMS notes and it looks like everything is passed, they are waiting for new medicals to issue PPR. Surprising thing is when I missed NDVO's call last month, they were calling to inquire if we can travel before the expiry of the medicals. Apparently, they sent an email also to ask the same but I never received it. And then, I requested for an extension to the medicals, so they assumed that we cannot do the landing by the medical expiry date and requested for re-meds.

Hoping for some good news in the days to come as my new medical results have been sent. Now, it really is upto the visa officer to review and update.

I hope we all see the light at the end of the tunnel very very soon!!!

So that's a great news! Your PPR is on the corner. Guess we should congratulate you on that. ;)
Hope your medical passes these days and you get the PPR very soon. ;)

Fingers crossed for you and for everyone. :)
