I got a reply,
Dear applicant,
Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for final review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed. Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Regards,
Can you please help me decipher it?
Anyone from this thread or any other thread got such reply and then what happened?

Bro, we all know how frustrating it could be to wait for nearly a year while others are getting PPR within months. But recently I am observing that all the local VO & Ottawa had started to work with backlogs & it's really a good sign.

ITA's are getting bigger & CIC should focus more on backlogs rather than regular applications. CIC have a time-frame for 80% of application being processed within 6 months but they should also have some kind of time-frame for the rest 20%

However, let us all appreciate their current endevour & we pray for each other for our future life.

Thanks

To be honest I was starting to think it might never come. I must have checked my application 100 times and sent them 5 or 6 CSE to update/fix details just from paranoia. It is a good feeling to finally get rid of the stress.
