tomorrow 9 months. Not even BG is in progress...

Only we understand how painful passing each day. Our every decision in life is depended on this.

I have heard stories about people working in the immigration offices.
So, inefficient!
I am working like a dog to survive the oil recession, and they do nothing while sitting in their offices...
At least they can pretend that they are nice, when you call them...

Anybody from October or September backlog got ppr today?
I am hitting 7 months next week, have a feeling it is now best to prepare for wait time closer to 8 months than 6.

8 months and 15 days still waiting..

Perhaps CIC is primarily concerned with reaching 6 month 80% target and once you fall behind that target your application is no longer important to that goal.
I was so hoping to move to Canada a month ago while CAD was 0.70 to USD :)

hey guys... finally I can leave this tread :D got PPR almost at 7 month mark...Good luck to all of you :) :) :)

9 months still waiting ...

You are right., once you fall out of 6 months, they seem to be less concearned about speeding your application

IMO, they are working towards 80% applicants processing in 6 months, once some applicant goes beyond that timeline they would care less because he has already fallen in other 20% bracket. but their priority is the 80% one

Other reasons may be delay in BG checks and security checks..

Hi Yelena,or other Seniors,

How do I raise a CSE with IRCC? What is the process like?

Thanks for your help.
