This is my first post on this thread.

Came here to get some support from others waiting and see how things are going.

But to be honest, seeing 13 months and 11 months waiting times is not pleasant at all.

Errr...

Hi! All applications are so different.

Don't lose hope. :) Try to email to cpc.ottawa and ask them what is the status of your application.
Have you ordered GSMC notes?

I called to CIC today. Agent checked my application and said that eligibility check completed, medical passed, security completed, criminality is in progress... Wait and if you don't hear from us till Aug 2, call back.. :(

80% of EE applicants received PPR during 5-6 months or even less...

We are the lucky ones :(

Sad to say, but more and more people are coming to this topic.

I dont think this is true anymore. I got a reply from cic after 7 months, saying my application is within 'normal' procesing time. So, obviously it is not normal to be within 6 months anymore

I wonder if it is theoretically possible to wait more than a year for ppr? :-[

tempa is waiting for 13 months already (on the previous forum page).

However, I did not see Inland applicants that waited so long, wonder what is the record for Inland.

but you assume that inland FSW are the slowest or the outlanders are?

I think outlanders can reach higher record time then inlanders. I have yet to see an inlander more than 8 months on the forum, looking for one to confirm assumption :|

Is this the first time CIC mentions a date to you or are they just moving them as the time goes. I saw few that got July 24th as the deadline to hear something back.

You have to send a copy of the email as well, so its better to just wait couple of days. Also if you have ever registered any other email address with CIC please check your inbox they tend to mix it up. Congrats for your ppr.
Thank you kindly!
Yes, I have got the email with the instructions the next day after I talked to an agent. My passport has reached Ottawa according to the tracking number.
Good luck to everyone, I am sure your ppr is on its way, otherwise they would reject it earlier. Cheers!

I am inland and my file has been at the Ottawa office for over 10.5 months now.

They are moving the date every time...
