How are the days would be calculated if they were to calculate all the time you spent in Canada before that we've became PRs ?

Guys I just checked MyCIC page and I found that I have an update, my background check went from In progress to Not needed at this time !!!! without even receiving a ghost email or real email !!! what does this mean now ?? I think we need to hire a fortuneteller to understand the EE system !!!
