nothing .i updated my new passport details last week .
I called call centre a lot of times but high volume of phone calls no luck to talk agent.anybody has different numbers!?

Guys if there is no movement in your file even after 5 months, I strongly recommend ordering GCMS notes. Notes will tell you what exactly is happening with your application.

but problem is lots of us didn't see any movements in notes.
and cic just process cases without any pattern.

Guys if there is no movement in your file even after 5 months, I strongly recommend ordering GCMS notes. Notes will tell you what exactly is happening with your application.

Well, I understand the processing pattern is erratic but the notes might tell you what is going on. They might have set a "due date" for some processes (like BG checking). It would be very unfortunate, if after ordering notes, there is nothing in it. But I guess many people are benefiting from looking at the notes because they get some insight into what is happening!!

It has been 6 months for today with this madness so I finally called CIC. The call center agent told me with utmost confidence it's normal to take more than 6 months. She refused to give me any average processing time though. She insisted I MUST wait until they contact me, even though there is no activity since AOR. I asked her my PGWP is getting expired within 4 months so can I apply for BOWP without the 2nd AOR (R10 completeness). Then she said I should get an LMIA based work permit. What the (*&@!.

I'm freaking out. Pleaseeeeeeeee let me know if you had the same experience or if you have any idea of what's it going on with my application. Here is my time line:
ITA: March 27th score 472, FSW
AOR:25th May
Medical Passed: 16th June

eCAS: 2 lines
We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 9, 2015.

I did not have any updates until Oct 21 th that they asked me to send my CV and Supplementary Information Request for Students form. I sent the documents the day after and I have not heard anything since then. Today I got an email that my cic has been updated and when I logged in I can not see anything on my profile anymore! The table that shows the status with BG, medical and etc is gone and instead there is a table as if I have not received the ITA yet that does not even show my score!!! I'm so nervous I have no idea what it is going on?!!!!! Any thoughts?
