I got 2and half months old email reply from Sydney .they say they forward my email to appropriate party and they will be contact in a due course

I did all I can to find out what happened my application.MP is the last option.ill do that next week.

Guys I am on Inter company transfer visa in Canada right now and have created EE profile and registered with job bank successfully.
I would like to know how to get LMIA supported Job Offer as whenever I tell consultants that I am on closed visa they say they do not have LMIA supported requirements.

Are there specific consultants who deal with LMIA jobs or how to get it.

I am Software Professional with 9 years of experience in Java.

You need to find a situation where you are not going to have Canadian applicants (since LMIAs are designed for situations where you aren't taking a job from a Canadian).

Start looking at employers who have been listing jobs for a long time, and ones that are more remote. The more desperate they are, the more likely you are that they will be willing to go through the paperwork, and the more likely they will qualify.

Nope. I will call CIC this monday.

P.S. Did call them last Friday. It was awfull experince: agent told me that she will no contact the officer and I need to wait. They don't have a 6months processing time for EE. The proccesing time for EE is unlimited.
Gladly it was just one "smart" agent. I called again and the next agent told me that I just need to wait until this monday (6 months) and they will contact the officer.

well I stop calling them.i spoke with MP.but not yet reply.eventhough I send my Pnp application last week.as I ve nomination validity until October .

We got ITA 27 March, submitted 22 May.
We received the request for final payment along with the "regarding your application for which you have been found eligible" email and paid straight away.
Since then, nothing. It's been ~ 6 weeks since we paid and nothing has moved on our account. It's past 6 months since we received ITA (we're FSW Outland, applying from the UK, by the way) and many people on here have said they received a decision just days after paying their final fee.
What is going on?!

So sorry to hear about the delay in your application. I hear you! We share similar ITA and AOR dates. I believe (I may be wrong, though) that "6 months" time frame begins with the AOR date and not the ITA. If it is indeed the former, then we may need to hang tight for a couple of more weeks until November.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Try to call CIC and ordere a GCMS notes (if it's possible for not inland applicants).

6 months will pass on November 22. Hope you will get your PR sooner! Good luck!
