Hi Anuja, you would have got points for 3 years work exp under Skills Transferability.
If you wanna continue claiming these points, you will have to provide the Letter of Reference

I was misinformed by my consultancy and I dint submit it for the older work experience.
As per GCMS, review is required for the same.
Will the cic request for adr or they reject?

It really depends on the case officer who is reviewing the file. Some officers reject. Others, may ask for additional docs.
Can you get a letter of reference from a colleague/manager who was working with you earlier (older work) and get that doc notarized and submit it via the Webform ?

Med's are usually valid for a year, you did your Med in Apr 2017, so it is kinda confusing for that CIC renewed it in Nov 2017...

Hmmm, I did my Med in Feb 2017. But whatever, they are not asking me to do it again.

MEDICAL & CRIMINALTY =PASSED
SECURITY =NOT STARTED /OR SOME TIMES THEY SAY IN PROGRESS

I submitted my application on 23rd February 2018 (Express Entry from Canada), and since then, i've got not a single reply from CIC. This friday i'll be completing 6 months after submitting my application. no reply / no update yet. can anybody tell me what might be going on and what should i do?

I'm in security or may be security screening since May 2018, based on my notes I ordered in June. However Eligibility and Criminality are still Not Started.
In your opinion is that normal ?, How is the officer in charge going to determine that the Eligibility and Criminality are Passed when the receive the security result ?.
