Timeline below:

AOR : 4th Nov 2016
Remedical request passed - 8th Feb 2018
PPR: 8th June 2018

what makes it took so long after re-medical to ppr though? it took 4 months???!!

now this gave me a concern and discouragement because I though it usually takes a week or couple of weeks between re-medical and ppr.
my second medical was done in May as per cic's request, medical changed to 'passed' from 'you do not need a medical exam..' on 28 May.
still waiting for the ppr.

I’m June 2017. There’s another person July 2017 AOR as well still waiting. What do your GCMS notes say?

I am with April 2016 AOR, details in my signature.
History of mandatory military service in S. Korea also dispatched to Afghanistan while serving.
I also worked in Afghan for 2 yrs in US military base, because of this I was requested both US and Afghan PCC.
It took 2 years to get Afghan PCC, this is the main reason of the delay and I also went through security screening.

I think we are in the same situation. My file has been completed and approved my but my husband's have been stuck in security since last June due to mandatory military service history in South Korea.
You do have an extensive list of military service record on your file. I am so sorry about what you are going through.
I guess it is safe to say that I won't get my PPR this year either...
