SS cannot happen that fast; no such thing as 3 months SS, minimum is 9 months.

if anything this is an indication that your file will soon be over

Can FSW-O request CBSA and CSIS if under security screening?

Hi. I received gcms on 30th Jan. The report generation date is 03.01.2018. In the entire document nowhere is mentioned ss only security status is "not started". Does it mean that I am selected for ss and it is not started till the date of gcms date? Also no other date mentioned regarding the same. AOR is 3rd Aug 17. IP 2 is 7th Nov 17 and got a background verification call from my local police on behalf of Canadian embassy after few days of IP2. If I assume my ss is not started as per gcms then why did I get the call?

I don't believe in miracles lol i know that I'm going for a long wait unfortunately. but in my gcms I have a page for security blanked under s15 and in activities 8 are hidden for me and my husband. already received the famous email from cpc Ottawa saying we need additional verification and will be out of processing delay so not expecting an exception lol

Hello Friends,
I am new to this forum and am writing to seek some form of advice. I am an applicant for Express Entry FSW. I had received my AOR on June 16th, 2017 (I applied from India). The application progressed to IP2 stage on Nov 24th, 2017. Till now I haven't received any update and its been nearly 9 months. CIC hasn't requested me for any additional documents during this time.

I ordered my GCMS notes yesterday as well.

Any idea why the processing is taking this long? While all my peers received theirs within 2 months or less!!
