I didn't think CSIS might not have sent the advice to CBSA, but after reading your comment now I have strong feeling that they didn't.
As per your advice, I requested CBSA report again yesterday with CSIS letter attached.

I ordered CSIS report on Aug 3,2017 and received the letter Sep 12,2017. It says they received SS request from IRCC on Aug 31,2016 and it was completed and advice was sent on Dec 30,2016.

But when I contacted IRCC they didn't have any idea it was completed, nor GCMS note mentions either.

What I've done so far, I sent the CSIS letter to IRCC and CBSA.
IRCC has no updates yet.

We'll see what happens.

I mean can't the requester just upload the signed consent forms within the atip request web form as it is done for regular ircc gcms notes?

agents can read from gcms notes which are not updated. Even myCIC is not updated and is still showing bgc ip. so they cannot tell. But you got PPR. right? Couldn't the agent see that?

After 190 days of waiting... no I didn't get ppr. Instead I got a request for cv and family information. Looks like I'm heading to screening after all.
I won't even bother checking the file again.

It is almost 8 months I submitted my application and no progress yet, called CIC many times, no useful info

I don't know why CBSA does not provide any details. Whereas CSIS provides the date they started processing your security screening and when they completed.

any body know if they want to reject due to eligibility, how long after AOR they will do?

Hi Guys,

My Security Screening started last May, and I have sent an ATIP request to CBSA to get an update on my file status. The ATIP officer got back to me and said that she is not in a position to provide me with an update on my SS. I then asked for notes from CBSA and she told me that they are going to be duplicates of what I received earlier from IRCC, since both organizations access the same GCMS notes.

How come on this forum I always read about people getting their CBSA and CSIS notes through ATIP?

Hi friend, just for your reference, I am in same stage but I have been waiting for almost 14 months. Wish you good luck to get out of this stage soon.

Request all the people waiting post 6-months from eAOR to request their GCMS notes. This way a more clearer picture can be drawn about the PR App. Good luck.

Medicals Not Needed

Hey guys, I need advice, opinions.
Our 2nd medicals expired this month and today myCIC was updated and "Medical Exam" field now says "You do not need to pass medical exams". AOR Jan 2016.

Has anyone had this message? Is it a good sign or bad? I'm totally confused.
Any opinions are welcome!
