After 15.5 months of waiting since AOR (June 28, 2016) and 12.5 months in security screening I finally received golden email today.
CSIS finished screening in just one day, rest of ss was with CBSA. No movement, no changes no additional docs request, only silence for 15.5 months. My medicals were extended by CIC, and today email came. Good luck people, hope noone will ever experience this torture.
Congratulations!

I dont think they need any legal reason to reject since immigration is not a right so they can just reject you or me : )
So what is taking them so long then, besides laziness?

I saw on Facebook express entry group that one guy who lives in India got his PPR in 31 days sine he applied. I've seen others get in 2 months. Inlands take so long like me 35 months = 12 pnp + 23 fed an still nothing! I think if I was actually a human being this wait time should have worn me out, right?

Did you receive your ppr?

Hi,

If you add the users from my tracker to yours that would be great!

The tracker I made is mostly focusing on applicants who have been waiting for AOR for more than 18 months. By focusing on long lead time applicants we should be able to get an idea about the upper limit of the processing times.
I can add them for sure. Lets have the complete list. You can look at the top 50 for those who are in more than 6 months. Do you have the security start date and CSIS completion date as well?

Have you submitted FBI cert with your application before? I know people who lived in USA more than 6 months needs to provide that.

@Flying_Bird Did you ever request CBSA atip? If yes which date?
How do you know CBSA completed late Aug?
your dates are added to the ss effectees list now. Can you please also add them to your Canada visa profile so that everyone can see once they expand under your name.

Are you serious??? Why??? Did he get that out of his a$$ or based on something specific.

Yes I did
then the only reason may be that they lost it. In my husband's case IRCC asked for police certificate twice even though we submitted once upfront too. So all together three times. You can write to them and attach a scan of the FBI cert and say you did it upfront. In our case we just provide the PC again and again. After the 2nd request I wrote to them you send us PC request every two months and we do it in the same centre pls explain if there is sth wrong with the PC instead of sending duplicate requests. They replied we now assure we have all the documents required but they didn't explain why they requested twice.
