Those who Waiting EXPRESS ENTRY in Six Months and not finalized!!!!

It's seriously unacceptable, although I fully understand CIC doesn't owe us anything but still waiting like this in limbo knowing that your application may get rejected or ppr any minute is frustrating, I'm a month behind you but my security started earlier than you. The worst part is all of us security screening people are waiting together and its been so long since I saw anyone with progress..

I don't think there any chance or rejection at this point

it is very unlikely an inland applicant will be rejected on a security ground after 6 months. If an inland has a security issue then he/she should not be inside Canada in the first place!

Well I'm an Outland applicant, and I assure you I don't have any security reasons to prevent me from entering any country

Prolonged security for you Inland applicants is a huge mystery to me

Guys, I am waiting too. I prepare myself for another six months.
I also realized that applicants experiencing security like us are actually lining up for security check. From other threads, I saw some people with July aor called cic and was told their security was completed. So I think they are doing security check for July or maybe august applicants right now. I guess we still need to wait for several months.

No PPR yet. still waiting.......................

Criminality in progress since Apr 2016 (as I couldn't obtain the country's PCC. It's been more than 1 yr since I applied the PCC but no answer from the government. INSANE!)
Eligibility passed
Medical passed

I ordered GCMS several times, but all the security info was erased so I couldn't get any information about it.
I assume the reason why my application delayed is 1. Served Military 2. Work history where countries in war..

Anybody who has similar timeline to me?

Security screening since 25 January (almost 5 months!).
EE Provincial nominee, inland, profession university professor NOC 3011, with family (wife + 2 children).
This is insane.
This is not acceptable.
This is not reasonable.

well CIC have to do security check it for an outland applicant. It makes totally sense to if the background security check is longer for an outland applicant whether it is a PR or TRV applicant. But if it is taking longer for the people how has spent almost four year in Canada without even having an parking ticket! This is kinda ridiculous!

Sorry to hear about your case. normally CEC inland is the fastest. What amazes me that CIC has gone through all of this stuff when you first came to Canada. Why on earth go through the same story again if you have not been those country after you have come to Canada.

I know right? At least I want to know what kind of security check/process they're doing and how long it'll take. But they keep it thoroughly secret!!
I've done what I could do already..
It's so frustrating all I can do now is just to wait..

which program did you apply? I applied with LMIA and this is my 9th month.
