Did you order GCMS & is there anything suspicious to delay your application processing?Sirgic said:That is really annoying, I am already 13 months.
Everything is OK in the GCMS notes. Security is pending, nothing written in the notes. CIC replied that delay is due to "investigations by other agencies which they have no control in".fahad04 said:Did you order GCMS & is there anything suspicious to delay your application processing?

I am in the same boat. Security pending since March 5. everything else A+. I don't know how much longer these agencies will take. It's totally ludicrous.Sirgic said:Everything is OK in the GCMS notes. Security is pending, nothing written in the notes. Exactly the same situation as mine. My security is pending since June. May God give us patience.Tocanadawego said:I am in the same boat. Security pending since March 5. everything else A+. I don't know how much longer these agencies will take. It's totally ludicrous.
I am at the point where I quite literally hate them and want to withdraw my application. I wish I had applied to a different country to begin with and not have bothered with these guys and all the expenses they've so far thrown at me.Sirgic said:Exactly the same situation as mine. Not sure how many other visa offices experienced [/are still experiencing] this issue of 'technical challenges with electronic applications'.Martucha said:Just recived from SGVO:
This refers to your application for Permanent Residence submitted to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
We are making contact to provide an update on Express Entry processing at our office. While we have been endeavoring to meet departmental processing timeframes, we realize that we are currently outside of the six-month service standard in your case. Earlier this year, our office experienced technical challenges with electronic applications while facing competing operational pressures in other lines of business. These issues have been largely resolved and we can count on additional resources to assist us.
We are currently working to bring Express Entry processing times back in-line with departmental standards. We want to reassure you that your application is being reviewed as a priority. You should expect news from us within the coming 4-6 weeks.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.
Sincerely,
Visa Section

At least, SGVO acknowledged that and took some initiative to reach out to the applicants, which is a very good sign.
I hope IRCC clears these delayed cases soon, and re-evaluates its processing strategies and service standards to prevent any further delays.
Good luck, everyone!
OMG! I was terribly disappointed when I saw 17-18 months here! I tracked him/her down on the forum and got to see that his/her AOR is 26th August 2015. Really scary but better than 17-18 months.Tocanadawego said:I think taekwondo is leading, if I'm not mistaken. Maybe 17-18 months?
