I just recently ordered another set of GCMS notes to see if there is any significant movement. I also requested a CSIS update, as my last request yielded no response from them. So waiting for both of these now. I am also planning to call to see if I can find out whether my security check is finished and awaiting review, or still in process.DreamCanada16 said:Please list all who are waiting more than 12 months and what u plan to do now.
Lets share thoughts to take some action.

I raised cse to cic complaining that sgvo is not responding my mail, after that I got reply from sgvo. SGVO said their resources are busy with other business so, they cannot speed up my application processing.shana_kabir said:it's more than 8.5 months for me. emailed to sgvo twice. no response.
Do you think it's possible to request your file to be transferred to a different VO? Maybe you could try that and it might speed the process.miltoncsekuet said:I raised cse to cic complaining that sgvo is not responding my mail, after that I got reply from sgvo. And cic assigned my application to sgvo because of workloads redistribution , how funny. I am running 13 months.
you did a good job by sending a cse to cic about sgvo.but it's really wasting of Tym cause they seem to process the applications according to their convenience. 13 month!! by this time you are supposed to know a decision whatever that is. but asking to redistribute your file to another vo may further delay in processing i guessmiltoncsekuet said:I raised cse to cic complaining that sgvo is not responding my mail, after that I got reply from sgvo. i wont recommend as that might delay it furtherTocanadawego said:Do you think it's possible to request your file to be transferred to a different VO? Maybe you could try that and it might speed the process.
Other guys did it, but sgvo said their is no such option. It can only possible after getting PPR.Tocanadawego said:Do you think it's possible to request your file to be transferred to a different VO? Maybe you could try that and it might speed the process.

creation7 said:This is such a frustrating and disappointing answer from them (SGVO) as they are suppose to process all express entry application within 6 months. If they can't handle it, they should NOT be accepting any Express Entry workload redistribution from the Central Intake Office. The reasoning is unacceptable especially that there's nothing wrong with your application mentioned in your GCMS. :'(
ybjianada said:Someone asked about that option. SGVO's response was that the only way this can be done is if the applicant submits another application while resident in a different country (not under SGVO's jurisdiction). And then s/he can withdraw the old application with SGVO. So, there is no 'transfer' to speak of.
