I got my first refusal on 14th dec Sds online
I reapplied on 20th dec sds paper based at chd vfs ofc
My status is ur file being processed at delhi vfs
Is anyone has in the same situation?

Refusal on 20th dec Re-applied on 24th dec. univ starts from 13th jan. online SDS.
Reason-purpose of visit you will not return

I got refused 2 time first was on 19 November first time I applied on 3rd August for September intake and it took 104 days to get final decision and reapplied with new course on 4th December then agin got refusal on 19 December now I applied for study visa on 22 December of Canada and waiting for visa all applications are under sds category

What was the reason?

1.You will not leave Canada after authorised stay.
2. Proposed study is not in light of previous education, educational qualification, missing marksheets, financial eligibility, language ability, level of establishment, future plans.

Yup this time Canadian lawyer applied and filed aa web form against my last refusal so now m waiting for two decisions because recent refusal reasons were not appropriate
