I got my M.S. Degree at UCLA with a GPA of 3.7/4.0, and want to pursue a PhD degree in Canada. It has been 3 weeks since I submitted my online application. Does anyone have an idea of online application processing time?
Is it a good timing for me to send them an email to ask about my visa processing? BTW, what is the email address for online application?
