To all seniors can any body tell me what hapenning with old 2004 application i applied in 2004 my on line status is in process from May 2004 i update my documents in Oct. 2008 but still i havent got any response can any body tell me how long will take to this process.

Ria, Delhi is still into final review of Dec 2003 and finalising some remaining cases of 2003 July. No progress so far. Delhi is dealing with Dec 2003 cases since last 4 months and still counting..

Hi Ria,

I'm in the same boat as you - applied in 2004 and updated docs sent in oct 2008. I'm twiddling my thumbs which have become numb by now, just waiting for some news. I just hope no letters have gone astray. Ofcourse docs to be sent to my agent. But the last email which was sent to him for updated docs was received by him a month after date of issue of letter. He told me his email server was down. I just hope every thing is ok and i do not miss out, unknowingly, on my canada immigration. Keep our fingers crossed and pray, thats all we can do.

Dear Ria Mann,

Which visa office you are referring to? If it is New Delhi, they have updated their site to mention finalization period. Earlier it was 73 months now it is 80 months
