Hey guys,

I have also got my PPR request on 18th June. I had applied on 21st April from within Canada under FSW.

Note: I never got any RCMP request, would they ask me now or they did it themselves ??

Hey guys,

I recently received an ITA (10th EE draw) and I have done my medicals and filled out most of the forms. I am just awaiting several details regarding POF. Did anyone have any issues regarding POF? Did you include extra documentation etc? I ask because my POF is not so clear cut. My parents recently gave me about $6000 as a gift (birthday and they recently came into some cash) and I have the other $6000 in my canadian account but it was put in a lump sum recently because it was cash I had saved/was given by family and friends and I never got round to putting it into my account until recently. I am worried this will look dodgy.

Anyone care to share their experience regarding POF? Or offer any advice?

you are solid, dont worry about it ! they need to see he funds just to make sure you can cover your expenses fr your first year in canada ...be happy

Guys!! I almost had a mini heart attack just now!!

I opened MyCIC now, everyday routine (come to work, check emails, check ECAS, check MyCIC ) and it was showing on my PR application status as "Updated". So I opened it to see what was changed and, nothing changed at all... but as per previous experience... when that happens means that they are working in the application :

I ordered GCMS notes, which they won't release it to me until July 19th, but it's not bad to expect something with a certain date.

You are not ahead of yourself, my ECAS became available about 3 days after submission. My timeline is below.

I had AOR on May 27th and my Ecas became available on the 22 nd of June. I got the e mail saying that the application was updated.

silmaril, how did you apply for your BOWP? By paper or online? Your BOWP application was very quick compared to others...
Our permit application was sent pretty much at the same time and mine took a month longer than yours to be processed :-[

Anyway, just found that interesting...

Applicants from Toronto (if any here in this thread), where are you thinking of doing the flagpole once receiving the passport back? at Niagara Falls? :
Anxious for that moment ;D ;D

If I get all approved, I think I would go to Fort Erie. I think it is bigger and less touristic (so maybe faster?)

Hi guys, my timeline is my signature, looking at the timelines on here, we are all so similar its unreal, I was asked by CIC at the start of june for my daughters that live in England, to have a medical, that's all been done and sent off. I still have no update other than my signature off MyCIC and my ECAS just says Received and In Progress that's it, no medicals passed nothing??
