Based on spreadsheet provided by KaydenB, till now 14 PPRs have been issued, among those, 50% (7/14) were issued on Friday, 21.4% (3/14) were on Wednesday, and 28.6% (4/14) were on Monday. It seems to be a pattern of PPR.

Check the Excel spreasheet above. You are faaaaar from the only one. Only 13 PPRs delivered up till now on 47 applicants (that we know of on this forum, and keep in mind all applicants are not necessarily members of this forum, hundred or maybe thousands of other cases might be pending review based on the extraction data provided by CIC)

Comparing the gathered data on this forum to yours will help you cool down and relax
Also keep in mind, the announced timeframe is 6 months, and up till now all PPRs have been delivered way before the expiration of that timeframe.

Compared to the majority of us, you're lucky to even have the mention of "Decision Made", which does not mean you get PPR right away, based on other forum members still awaiting PPR since June 19 after "Decision Made" appeared on their eCAS.

Given your data and if CIC never requested additional documents, plus if the mention "cancelled" does not appear on your MyCIC account, PPR is extremely likely to be just a matter of time. BE POSITIVE and keep in mind you're lucky they reached a decision

Today Morning I got a letter from CIC. I think it is PPR.

The letter says..

Dear XXXXX XXX,
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. The following is required to complete your application and for CPC-Ottawa to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) and permanent residence visa (if a visa is required).
Passport(s), Photos and bio data request

my ECAS is still "App recieved"

I am worrying so much because after Apr 20 there have been no update even no ghost email either. It happened suddenly today morning!

if you are an applicant outside canada via EE (fsw); do we still have to send photos? don't they use the one we submitted online?

Oh, I see. Actually in your earlier version of spreadsheet, there are two more fellows listed. Niha76 (ITA 20/3/2015, AOR 24/3/2015, PPR 8/7/2015) and Manil (ITA 27/3/2015, AOR 7/5/2015, PPR 24/6/2015), but somehow they are not in the latest version. And today's PPR pretty much tells that CIC's work has no pattern, they can issue PPR anytime. What we can do is stay strong and wait.....
