I got my GCMS notes today. Looks to be in order, nothing noted thats causing concern or delay so back to the waiting game! At least I found out I passed the R10 stage..

How long did it take for you to get the GCMS notes? I have applied at the beginning of this week and now waiting for it.

My EE standing is very similar to you and the application status is still 'In Process'.

They pretty much uniformly take 30 days from the day you ordered them.

I was doing my religious check of ecas and MyCIC today and just noticed that my background check went to In Progress.

How long does the typical wait range after this?

I am a may aor'er.
Got my RPRF as well as PPR(Aug 28).
They have asked me to send our PPT's to New Delhi within a month.
We are outside of the country(India).
Do i have an option to see if i can send my PPT to the local consulate(middle east)?

I was doing my religious check of ecas and MyCIC today and just noticed that my background check went to In Progress.

How long does the typical wait range after this?

There is no pattern for wait time. I am waiting with my BG check in progress for more than 2 months. It can be way shorter for you but you never know.

who knows? My MYCIC bg check changed to in progress back in June, still waiting.

We both are in the same boat.
It's been 3+ months. MyCIC is still in-progress at 'Review of Eligibility' and ECAS is no longer working.

Just to update everyone , after freaking out at a CIC agent she actually went and verified if my application exists and she came back and said that it does . I tricked her to tell me where is the application ( like which visa office ) and she said it's still in Sydney NS , which means that my application is thrown somewhere there.

At the same time , I went and applied for another express entry profile ( they ask u if you already have an express entry profile and I said yes and wrote the application number ).
So I got extra points now because I have completed one year of Canadian experience as a Mechanical engineer which made my points 503 and I will be able to enter CEC now.

I hope they look at my application now. and I hope this one finishes faster ASAP.

I am really bored and stressed enough , it's been 4 months and two weeks.

so i'm trawling through my case notes and the last application status on it says its in Ottawa.. good or bad? I also have a note on it from May 16th that there's a processing issue - missing documents. I uploaded everything but with the technical glitches that were happening this is slightly concerning.. Now Ive never been contacted about missing docs, they haven't rejected it and on July 8th it passed the initial eligibility check and R10 was approved... what do you guys think?

oK. SO THIS IS A CRAZZZZZZY DAY. I just got an update in my New express entry profile , the one that I have created a couple of hours ago, That Ontario is interested in me. Now this is confusing me right now , and I can't decide on what to do . to apply to ontario I have to wait three months for the nomination and pay 1500CAD . while I might receive another ITA in a couple of days or weeks , or my old Express Entry application ( see the signature below ) might start moving . So what do you guys suggest ??

Keep in mind , I have already received a nomination by Ontario under the old system and I already have an open application for PR (old paper work system) under the PNP stream ( province : Ontario ).

Any suggestions ???
