Has anyone here paid the RPRF fees before hand while submitting the application ? My lawyer advised to do so so i took that option. I will not get a RPRF message for my application i think.

It isn't inland applicants that are prioritised but CEC applicants. Inland and outland FSW are on the same pace. Therefore the process goes like this:
CEC applications - Top priority
Inland & Outland FSW and PNP - Second priority
FSTP - Third priority

That's my guess.
