Applying 2,3rd time with same college, course, is very easy for new agent as less paper work,So they offer no advance for refusal cases and charge huge amount after visa. The truth is if your profile is strong you can get visa after 1,2 refusals. No matter who is your agent as long as your SOp is strong.
