I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications,
previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment/available financial
resources, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I also received same reason both times. Can you please tell me your profile. And how many times did you applied for study visa.
 
Got my visa approved on 20 December 3 AM IST.

My timeline:
Applied through SDS online on November 8th.
Biometrics given and updated on November 12th.
Medical Updated on November 18th.
Got correspondence letter on December 20th, 1 AM. And application got approved on December 20th, 3 AM.

Don't worry my friends, if you have good profile and perfect paper work you'll definitely get a visa. It may take some time.

I applied under sds on 30th nov (2nd time )
Its been long i didnt receive any update after UCi number which was generated on 3rd dec ? How more do i need to wait ??
