They making rule SDS, non SDS but not want to implement accordingly. Not following step by step online approach . Cic system is worse..

I applied for jan intake (NAIT) on 8 th November and i recieved my refusal letter on 25th of November. After that i reapplied on 28th November and my visa got refused again stating same reason .

Almost same timeline. My visa got rejected yesterday too.

Hey had given 2 reasons in refusal letter.
. I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous
studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities,
financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

Same reason, and my first rejection only first statement was there second rejection both these

My decision was declared after 23 days

My visa was rejected twice, I got approval on third attempt. Don't lose hope.

Medicals updated on 17 Dec
Got ppr on 18th Dec

First two applications were under non-sds since I did not have required ielts score, third attempt was under SDS.

I got 2 refusals under sds

Yea .. i have already ordered the caips notes but still waiting for them as it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to arive
