Hey had given 2 reasons in refusal letter.
. I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous
studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities,
financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

Ielts- 6.5 overall and no band less than 6
Applied for business administration at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology ( Edmonton, Alberta)

I think.most of us might get refusal as there's quite less time to make decision and upcoming holidays in Canada can lead to this

This is logicless. If file is strong, It requires a min to approve. They cant refuse without any reason

You are right but i don't completely agree with you because i don't think there is any big reason for visa refusal . I have shown approx 210000$ as fixed assets and 50000$ as liquid assets. I have also met all the requirements. After 2nd refusal i had applied for caips notes to know the exact reason of refusal
