First time it rejected because of you proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your language test results so i gave my ielts again and scored 7 overall with no band below 6.5 would i get visa this time can anyone tell?

My gc key is with my agent i have recieved biometric update but not the medical update till now
Can anyone tell when can i expect the final decision?
