1st- how much time do they take to return passport to my home

I have applied for project management at st.lawarance Cornwall college, Ontario. I have worked as operation manager and have selected project management accordingly and i have also made an strong sop second time, i have applied to IDP and now i am awaiting for visa approval for second time.
