Because first time i filled visa by myself and there was no option to upload any educational documents moreover i applied for caips and it was mention Summary of key findings below: Language scores not provided; transcripts not provided; unable to determine applicant's English-language abilities
It was the same reason both times.
Not convinced that you will leave, based on purpose of visit.
10th 9.0 cgpa
12 commerce 70% in 2014
Applied for bachelors in business in Australia. Went there in November’14 but returned in March’15 because of some family issues.
Then i did Bsc in Fashion design 2015-2018
Applied for business management post grad diploma but two refusals.

I received refusal letter today, one day after correspondence letter about biometric.
It was my second application for January intake, Humber college.
Application submitted : 16th October
Correspondence letter: 7th November
Refusal letter: 8th November
Degree: postgraduate certificate

The reasons changed this time, I mean I was successful to convince them about the reasons for the first refusal.

course early childhood education in mohawk college jan 2020 intake
My question is do we need to write SOP, or reference letter
we never filed income tax when contacted to CA office he said we can file only for one year as per new rules
visa office need 2 years tax i think

FirstOf alll itr is not required for sds only gic and one year are required
