My case is also same. Applied on 18th and biometrics on 23rd oct. Biometrics were updated on the same day but after that nothing has happened.

Depends on your school how much they need, I didn't pay full semester, I was only required to pay CAD250 to accept my admission offer. You can pay full tuition if you prefer. VO jsut need to know you have enough fund to support yourself and tuition.
