all the other doc. like degree/certificates/bank statements/police clearance cert. / experience letter also has to be sumbitted with the initial application at first time?

I think, agency or lawyer are not that mad, if they have send Raji's app on 5th August, I am sure, it would count under cap , as we refer the cic site, they must also be seeing that!
I am sure we will all fall under cap!

Hi,

You have to send all docs along with application forms, fees and IELTS result. Only the PCC can be sent later.

Hi,
I sent my application uner NOC 1122 and it reached the CIC on the 14th of July. I am yet to recieve a email on my file number and i see that NOC 1122 has reached the cap, does this mean :
1 -My application will be rejected.
2 -I will have to wait for one of the first in applications to get rejected so that my applications gets a look.
3 -There are chances that i have made it within the cap, and will shortly get my file number
4 -anything else.

Please someone help me get some clarity..

I guess you still may have to quickly re- attempt IELTS, get the resuts and apply again as your NOC is 3152.
On what date did they send it back?

I already inquire in british council next available exam will be after a month..my noc is 3152..guess i will not make it...
