How would you know if your bank-draft or CC has been en-cashed? thanks...

Chebheng---- You may have the copy of your bankdraft, you can ask this from your bank by tellling them the number of the bankdraft!! They maybe reluctant to tell you, but tell them the importance of this!! Tell them that this is the only thing, which can let you know that your application was taken/accepted for evaluation.

(You can also play around with them if they dont tell you easily!! Just tell them that u get the bank draft from your branch and submitted to XYZ , why still it is not charged, just play around and say that other party is finding difficulty in encashing that and i want to check the status of that!! why it is still not encashed) ;D

Regarding credit card, its very easy, once ur card is charged your bank system has the record of the transcations!! Even you can call the helpline of your bank and ask when ur card was last charged!!

Hi FrancisC,

I used DHL..it took them 5 days to deliver my package..they were processing it even on weekends, however in case your delivery date falls on a weekend, they cannot send it to CIO since the office is closed and will be open on Monday..for example my friend sent hers on Tuesday, it will arrive at Canada on Sat or Sun, however since the office is closed, they can only deliver the package on Monday..DHL cost 1430 (0.5kg) package..try asking other Manila based who used Fedex or UPS..

One more thing, when I had my documents notarized, some have limited space in the front page so some of the notarizations were typed at the back of the page. Would that be okay? Have you had the same situation? Do I have to put a note for the immigration officer informing them that some notaries were at the back of the page? Because some of them cannot be easily seen.

Its ok..as long as the notarization is for each document, the officers will be able to locate it..I didn't use notarization that much, just my old employment contracts.

Yup..I folded some of the documents since I bought the short size envelope as well..though I read that old members here sent theirs on long envelopes and were accepted. However its best to follow instructions. Just fold it anyway they don't mind it that much.

the last time i applied , on November 2010 , after 3 days that my application received to Sydney , my credit card en cashed. But ,now , my application received 7 days ago and credit card hasn't en cashed yet !! i am very anxious !! please let us know if your credit card en cashed.
