I have almost 3 years experience as a clinical instructor. So that means I don't have to put that "volunteer thing experience" because the documentation guide says unpaid work is not counted? Besides, the hospital gave me a training certificate, not an employment certificate on that. So I could count only on my 3 years clinical instructorship experience. Correct me if I am wrong on that one.
Thanks for the ideas.

Thanks for taking the time answering my queries. My dilemma now is the NBI clearance. I don't have one yet because I thought then that I could get one in just a day. unfortunately, NBI changed their system, and in the meantime, there is a delay of 10 days (more if I have a namesake who has a record). The documentation guide says they encourage to submit it with the application, however if not possible, I may submit later when requested by the visa office (if of course I pass the first phase at the CIO). what do you think? Shall I submit the NBI clearance later rather than miss the quota by waiting further to get an NBI clearance?
Thanks again,
FrancisC
