Guys! Just called the bank and our credit card was charged yesterday by Canada Immigration.
Our NOC is 1122 and application received on July 7th and by Gods grace CC charged on August 12th.

Dear ALL.

I would like to inquire about submission of Canadian immigration application.

My qualification MBBS, age 33, work experience more than 5 years.

IELTS Score : S 7, R 6, W 7, L 6.5.

My spouse has completed one year diploma in I.T, and has also passed BA part 1 in Aug 2011 as a regular candidate , BA part 2 examination form has submitted. Exam will be conducting Dec 2011.

My query is am i eligible to submit my case now, or should I wait ?

year of education proof

If you submitted your application and your application has been approved as complete, please help me with this dump question:
- for proof of number of years of education: what should we use to provide them with proof of number of years of education ? I have notarized translated copies of my degrees and notarized translated transcripts corresponding to my degrees (my schools only provide one original transcript for each degree and only once). In those copies, the durations of my education programs were mentioned. Do I need to provide any extra documents or the duration noted in my degrees and transcripts can be acceptable? If I do need to provide more documents for this, what kind of documents I need to get?

Hello Mdwantcan,

I had the same confusion so I did some serious searching and also sought help from our seniors here and found that, when they say Original, they don't mean the one that you got with your degree certificates. Please DO NOT part with that. The process is like this. You need to write an application to your univ asking for sealed transcripts. Some univs enclose another set of original transcripts in an envelope and send it to you. For some univ's you need to take photocopies which they will attest as true copies and enclose the same in a sealed envelope and hand it to you or mail it.

The next step is where CIC officer checks if your application qualifies under MI (ministerial instructions).

Hello mdwantcan,

Your degree certificate will already mention something like "Three year or four year degree course", isnt it? And you will also have marksheets for every year. That should do. Prior to that it is taken as a standard 12 (10+2) years, no matter which school you go to.
