I have obtained the Police Clearance certificate from India. I have also stayed 3 years in the US from 2000-2003. I am not sure if I need to include this. And if yes what is the easiest way to get this done from India.
Thanks,
Sujeet

a) CC can be charged immediately so the applicant can come inside teh CAP immediately after CIO almost finalize the completness check
b) BD takes 10-12 days in clearance - means if CIO submit BD on July 22, it will be cleared by August 2. And on August 2 CIC will mark that application as complete!!
My question is that what if in those 10 days, they charge CC of other applicants and the quota is filled
For example on any date lets say on August 5 the completed applications on website shows 490 and only 10 are remaining. In those 10 balance applications they get 20 more with 10 having CC Payment and 10 having BD Payment. When they charge CC, it will be cleared immeditely but BD will take another 10 days to be cleared. This means under 10 balance quota, those who applied through CC will be on advantge and get into the CAP and 10 BD people will be out!!
(mine was BD and im little worried about this, becoz once they think my application is complete tehy will submit my BD but it will take 10 more days in clerance, however in those 10 days, another CC people can take my place of quota)
Please share your opinions regarding this......................??????
Yes you will get the points even if your spouse in not accompanying you in first landing and your spouse will also get the PR Visa, your spouse can either land with you or any time while the visa is active but the first person to land in Canada should be you as you are the primary applicant so your spouse can land any time after you while the visa is valid and you get the points.mdwantcan said:Hello all,
If my spouse will not accompany me in my first land to Canada, will I be awarded any point for adaptability in the application for my spouse education?
Thanks a lot.
In my opinion i think that you must include your spouse in the aplication, to be sure about get the points, and get the visa together, then is her decision of taking the flight or not...simply.mdwantcan said:Hello all,

Can any one help confirm that the application would be ok with NON-NOTARIZED copies of passport-US visa - I94-DS/I-20 ? I am trying to find a place in US that can notarize these copies but the notary public only notarize birth certificates for US-born people, contract, etc...
For cerificates, degrees, if my copies were notarized 3 years ago, will these copies accepted or I need to have a recently notarized and translated copies?
Thank you so much.
Wonderlust said:Hello,
Can a person apply under 2 NOCS (both listed in the 29 high demand occupation list) if he has work experience in both NOCs in the past 10 years. 4 years under one NOC and 6 years under the other one?
If he can apply, and the cap is already reached for the primary NOC, will he automatically be considered for the other NOC?
Waiting toget some advice.
Thanks
