Exactly what I said in the first place live and let live. No one applying for immigration has a direct effect on his application so why is he pissed? Go read my first post and you'll see that this is exactly what I said.
You just picked out 1 line from my post - live, and let live - it was more for you ;D
Sorry, no disrespect but like jsm has said any fraud that is caught has a direct application on ALL our applications. And, even if its not a fraud and someone who doesnt want to immigrate to Canada (like my friend) but is applying because they can, is potentially causing delays to all the applications that are behind him/her because a VO is going to spend some time processing that application.
Now if it takes , lets say for argument sake, 5 days to process 1 application (

, I wish it would) and there are 100 applications of those people who dont want to immigrate, that's 500 wasted days. Your or mine application could be processed faster if these people were not clogging up the system. So, the OP does have a valid point and he just wants people to reflect. I would believe thats how there was such a huge backlog for FSW applicants - people applying because they could. Now many of them would have gotten their PR but had no intention to come to Canada. Whereas people who really wanted to immigrate lost years and then were informed that they had to re-apply under new rules - How is that fair?
The OP just wants the CEC applicants to reflect on what they r doing and be mindful of the fact that there are other people whi REALLY want to immigrate. There are no problem today because this program is new but if we are not respectful of others, then some years down the line we will be reading the same news item that we read about FSW applicants.
