Things needed for college application?

If you don't provide work experience certificate chances of refusal are high.

You don't need to submit a work experience letter, it's not required. You need to submit documents strictly according to checklist.

No. Its not required at all as per the visa checklist.

No bro, it is not a mandatory document in any university, you just have to mention it in your CV

But won't the visa officer ask for experience proof?

Okay so after going through a bit here and there, the comments seem contradicting, apparently they do ask for work experience now what should I do?

Submit your Employment Certificate. Just a general letter from your company stating your Employment date, position and salary. That'll suffice. Hope this helps.

Offer letter will do? That has my salary and position on it!.

As I said there is no way I can give any document from the company as that will lead me to getting a bad conduct certificate.

It will be better than submitting nothing and if later VO asks for Experience letter then you can somehow take the risk of asking the company for it.

There are many things which are not in the checklist but it's always better to go little beyond checklist to make your case strong.
