There is no option to Upload any form !!!

Hello guys

I am filling out an online application through IRCC portal for study permit. when I reached documents section, there is only supporting documents and optional documents there. I cannot find any option to upload forms such as: imm 1294 , or family infomation or any other imm forms

do you know whyy there is no place to upload these forms ?

Is this for a Masters/PhD? Can you add it to supporting documents.

Yes, it is a Master's degree application.

I guess that IMM 1294 is a protected document and cannot be merrged with other pdf documents.

I am applying through IRCC portal. should I try to apply from GCKEY ? or if it isn't listed in my document's it means it is not needed

Go through GCKey.

if you apply through new IRCC PORTAL, there's no need to upload IMM form.
If you really want to use IMM form, apply through GC KEY

Thank you for this reply I guess that solves my confusion
But what about the consent form section
Which form do I upload , as I have noticed there are two forms for consent
IMM 5744e and IMM 5475
