Might as well you write the 1 yr & 6 months because by the time CIC ready to process it would have passed the 1 yr 6 months.

Just write year and months ,don't worry about the days .

I would suggest figuring the time as of the application date. If you haven't reached 1 year 6 months yet, it's 1 year 5 months.
