The truth about the processing process of Live-in caregiver in CANADA from UAE

Hi, just wanted to know how long would be the processing period of a Live-in caregiver if i applied from UAE to Canada?

Some people told me it would be around 1 to 3 yrs...
But others telling it would be only around 9mos...

Now I am really confuse...I thought before my working visa expired here in UAE (if the 9mos processing time will be used) i can go direct to canada..But it seems i need to renew again to my company...

I hope somebody will explain me clearly about this matter...

I am also looking for a answer in same matter. I think it will take around one year. check there is a thread here some people commented. but still no clear answer. buy the way when are you going to apply? have you already holding a positive LMIA?

Actually somebody is helping me in canada...a friend of my mother..And his friend have a connection to one agency their..i just send him the necessary documents that are required...and everything i need to pay i also send to him..

Now my papers is on processing of posting (they said it is required before applying for LMO/LMIA) and it will be run for two weeks...after that application for LMIA/LMO..so until now my papers is in the posting method...

actually i am waiting for my caregiver certificate and everyday i am applying through Canada job bank and other job sites. in case if i dont find any employer i am also going to apply through an agency there. are you working as a caregiver here?
